For 18 years, I have been developing techniques to relieve people experiencing pain and chronic pain. Since the beginning, our bodies were designed to react to stressors imposed on them.  Muscles were strained, tendons were pulled, and joints were forced to work in ways they were not accustomed to. The process of recovery from injury to any of these structures became a matter of pausing from daily activities and allowing the body to slowly heal, with degrees of success … in whatever way it could.

Today, science has been done to give us all access to MODELS and TECHNIQUES of improved health!

There are a number of systems, including the skeletal, fascial, muscular, and nervous … within the body, which TOGETHER DETERMINE how “well”, or “not-well” we are each allowed to function on a given day. The nervous system’s two primary divisions: sensory and motor; and the sympathetic and parasympathetic, serve as the processing center, storage facility, and executing agent of ALL PAIN. I use a number of different techniques to bring about IMPROVED COMMUNICATION and IMPROVED FUNCTIONALITY of each client who comes to me having varying degrees of pain or tissue distresses.

“Chad joined our practice about 2 years ago. His unique ability to perform myofascial stretch using several parts of his body is incomparable to anything I’ve ever seen. He has innovated and hybridized a system of Shiatsu that is far beyond the average. I have been cured of a trigger finger as well as chronic, bilateral tendonitis by Chad’s work. It is work that must be tried! I have practiced for 30 years, and I’ve never seen anything quite like it.” Doctor Andrew Sherriff, owner of New Hampshire Chiropractic.

“I never ever, ever; honestly, thought that I would be this pain free. I thought I would be in pain for the rest of my life, and all you could do was mitigate it.”   Bettina Burr, massage recipient.

“He is so good! He saved my life!” – Hope Dube, Hair Dresser.

“They wanted to do surgery, but in 3 sessions Chad had the swelling down.”  Pam, swollen lymphatic glands in neck.

And Many More….

Deep Tissue Massage – Deep, penetrating massage focusing on muscle origins and insertions. Effective on knotted muscle areas neglected from stretching. Long lasting effects.

Myofascial Release – Fascia is a thin, outer membrane common to all tissues of the body. It is very strong however, and is the primary determinant of posture. A sustained traction releases adhesions caused by trauma or unnatural movement. Improvements are dramatic.

Shiatsu – A technique of Japanese origin which stimulates health of the skeleton by giving traction to, and aligning every single joint.  Shiatsu brings fluid to joints so their function is improved. People with arthritis love Shiatsu.

Reflexology – An ancient technique applying pressure points to the hands and feet. Provides relief for tensions throughout the body. Rejuvenates and corrects.

Craniosacral Therapy – By definition from the Upledger Institute, this therapy is “a system of light touch to evaluate and treat the body.” It balances the flow of nutrients within the nervous system by redirecting fluids and reeducating the body to operate without triggering a pain response.

Visceral Manipulation is the practice of an experienced therapist using his or her hands to move and release fascial restrictions in your abdomen and pelvis to encourage the normal movement and function of your internal organs.  Visceral Manipulation, does not focus solely on the site of pain or dysfunction, but evaluates the entire body to find the source of the problem; it is a gentle, manual therapy that aids your body’s ability to release restrictions and unhealthy compensations that cause pain and dysfunction.
