Nurture, Grow & Live A Place of Wellness, LLC

Kimberly Fish is the owner of Nurture, Grow & Live A Place of Wellness, LLC.  She is a licensed massage therapist and Reiki Practitioner with a passion for solving the kinetic puzzle within the body. She understands no body is the same. Therefore, no massage is exactly the same. Each session starts with a brief client intake and postural analysis. She customizes her massage to meet the wellness goals of each client. Through massage, Kim helps facilitate the body’s natural healing process. Using various pressures within a client’s comfort level, she creates an awareness of chronic tension patterns.  Her massage strokes focus on realigning muscle tissue, and re-establishes stability and balance within a person’s structure. Kim will often educate her clients, within her scope of practice, on strengthening and/or stretching techniques to compliment the session.  After a treatment, it is important to follow up a session with at home care.

As the body adjusts to a treatment, it is common to experience muscle tenderness for a day, or two. The application of heat and/or ice can reduce therapeutic inflammation and speed up the body’s ability to heal itself. Clients who recieve massage regularly, and who continue with their at home care, can interrupt and correct repetitive tension or pain patterns, and achieve long term results from their session.

Kim brings over 10 years of massage experience to her practice. She attended the Massage Therapy program at McIntosh College, in 2006. She obtained both her National Certification, and NH State license.   Kim is currently a member of Associated Bodywork & Massage Professionals; ABMP. She frequently attends classes to continue her education. Most recently, her certifications and trainings include Myofascial Release, Anatomy Trains and Myofascial Meridians, Pre-and Perinatal Massage, Effective Applications for Kinesiology Tape, Releasing the Rotator Cuff and Effective Treatments for Sciatica Pain.

During her most recent training class, Myofascial Release, the John Barnes approach, back in April of 2017, she decided that this technique will be the focus of her work.  She is currently attending classes to become an expert Myofascial Release Practitioner and plans to one day open her own MFR clinic.  Learn more about fascia and Myofascial Release Technique @
